Santos Properties
description
This San Antonio real estate broker needed a logo that was unique to the city and went along the lines of their motto "key to your new house." Even though it had the word key in it I tried different combinations of objects and concepts to synthesis together but this one felt the most fitting.
The client asked that the feel of the business was fresh, clean, knowledge, and eco-friendly, so instead of putting all of those into the logo and making it over complicated we decided to treat the logo's outline in that manner. The business card design is white for a clean look and has hints of sophisticated, natural colours and includes all the content specified by the client. Since there was a lot of info that the client wanted on the business card we decided to use a folder business card rather than squeezing too much info on one face of the card.

logo, folded business cards

iconic logo, map, graphic toolbox, folder business cards
