A website is an excellent tool that makes your business look much more professional and not like a business that runs its operations out of a garage (although if it can be done with the proper design the clients wouldn't know the difference). Customers who are unsure of your address, menu, or services will feel comforted that the business has thought ahead enough to establish a well designed, user friendly website, which can answer questions they may have. Customers are shy to call on the phone sometimes, and might need to find out information about your business after hours, or may in fact just be looking for your phone number; which can easily be handled by a website.
